Since 1993 W.S. Klem Contractor has been framing projects. We started our first big project in 1999, framing the Pacific Wharf Buildings at California Adventure. From there our business expanded into larger and more predominant projects such as retail centers like Otay Towne Center in Chula Vista and Bass Pro Shop in Rancho Cucamonga. As our reputation grew, clients have used us to do historical renovations like the Grand Central Air Terminal, CBS Radio building and Annenberg Beach House on PCH. Today, we are working on the Spruce Goose Hanger and the Long Beach Civic Center Library building.
